There is a communal hub for all tenants to use free of charge, where you can have a coffee or eat lunch, as well as a Conference Room which can also be booked free of charge.
EV Charging is also available onsite.
COST: The units "all in" cost are £1450.00 +vat per month (all in, includes rent and estate charge). There is also annual insurance and estate road fee of approx £550 per year).
