Open plan the office can comfortably fit 8 desks in a multitude of arrangements. Each unit comes with a fully fitted kitchenette together with space for a dishwasher and fridge.
You can create meeting rooms or seperate office spaces as you wish with this flexible space.
Your warehouse, studio, workshop or storage
On the lower floor, there is ample open space allowing for warehouse, studio, workshop or storage. The ceiling height is 3.2m.
This 725sqft area is accessible through a large secure roller shutter door and has a self-contained toilet and bathroom area.
