We have 18 units on our site at the newley constructed Indigo Village, Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
There are have 18 individual units of 1450 sq ft each, with an office on the upper floor and storage, warehouse, workshop, or studio area on the ground floor. For more info on the units click here.
There is a communal hub for all tenants to use free of charge, where you can have a coffee or eat lunch, as well as a Conference Room which can also be booked free of charge.
EV Charging is also available onsite.
