In the Bridgend College bvillage Family Centre you can find out information on courses in Care & Childhood Studies and chat to other people who you may be studying with in September.

The Care & Childhood Studies department offers a wide range of courses in:

• Early Years Care & Education
• Health & Social Care
• Social Work
• Counselling
• Speech & Language Therapy Support
• Child Protection

Many students progress within the Care & Childhood Studies Department starting with a Level 2 course and leaving with a Level 5 qualification, and often return to College to update skills as industry standards develop.

Recently awarded a Grade 1 in their Estyn Inspection, the department consists of teaching staff that are highly qualified and industry experienced. This ensures that their knowledge is up to date and relevant.
